ok so i have heard of cops planting drugs on vehicles to get people to admit things, but last night was ridiculous,,,the hijinx on this trip with ratatat and erock doesnt end,,,we got pulled over at 5 am near tuscon for an illegal immigrant check,,they brought a dog on the bus and " found" a very miami vice looking vile of cocaine in 2 seconds, i blurted out" you fucking planted that" which they did not like at all,,, after holding in detainment for 2 hours while no one owning up to it,, they let us go....it was fucked,,,no one on our bus does coke,,,as a matter of fact we all HATE COKE,,,it was scary though we all thought we were done for....

Crazy Charlie, glad to here you guys didn't get busted for it. Its funny, I'm in Santa Cruz right now and I was just telling a friend an extortion story of mine when I went to Baja California. I was with my brother and sister, lost right behind the US boarder in T.J.. We were going a few miles UNDER the speed limit because we couldn't make heads or tails of their messed up infrastructure. We were pulled over by motorcycle cops all mafia style and told we could either go to jail, or pay them off 100 some dollars, american money preferred. We coughed it over and they escorted us to the exit we were trying to find in the first place (those roads are so f-ed up, maybe for a reason?). We were just relieved to get the hell out of there. Hope you are enjoying the tour otherwise! Miss you in PDX!
